Business Leaders Endorse Chuck Washington for 3rd District Supervisor

Temecula, CA - Business leaders in the Hemet/San Jacinto, Murrieta and Temecula communities recently gave their endorsement for Chuck Washington for Riverside County 3rd District Supervisor. Washington, the current Riverside County 3rd District Supervisor, has served as mayor and council member for the cities of Temecula and Murrieta. He has also served on the boards of numerous community organizations including Western Riverside Council of Governments, Riverside County Airport Land Use Commission, and Habitat for Humanity of Inland Valleys.

JAMES A. CARTER “Chuck Washington has served this community well over the years and has worked hard with local businesses and residents promoting solid reforms that protect our community’s uniquely varied and valued assets. He further understands the important role commerce and agriculture play in providing our region with a viable economy, delivering a genuine quality of life which keeps us competitive with the very best in the country.” James A. Carter, Owner/Vintner, South Coast Winery Resort & Spa, Carter Estate Winery and Resort

ANTONY CHANDLER "Mr. Washington is the pre-eminent political force in the valley in my opinion. A large part of our decision to build MBZ of Temecula was due to Chuck Washington, Temecula Mayor at that time, and his team of Council members and City management. His and the City of Temecula's support for our project were critical factors behind our successful partnership and future success, " Antony Chandler, General Manager -Mercedes-Benz of Temecula said.

HOWARD ROSENTHAL "The timing could not be more important to have Chuck Washington as a supervisor, given the complete failure of the California state prison system, increasing crime and understaffing of law enforcement. I'm thankful we have a policy maker like Chuck and not a politician, as Chuck works every day to help us deal with these challenges," said Howard Rosenthal, businessman and community leader.

KEN SMITH “Chuck is the leader in efforts to reduce traffic congestion in our region," stated Ken Smith, owner Galway Downs.

JOHN KELLIHER "Chuck Washington understands that government's role is to facilitate economic prosperity, not get in its way." stated John Kelliher, Grapeline Wine Tours owner. "As an entrepreneur, I appreciate that Chuck Washington applies integrity, creativity, and hard work to arrive at a better solution that others might have missed," Kelliher added.

John Kelliher and his wife Kim started Grapeline Wine Tours in 2002, serving Southern California Wine Country. His company now serves three other wine regions in California. His firm is a 5-Star top-rated wine tour company on Yelp.
